the ananda estate consists of a two-bedroom main house and two detached pavilions The three houses are set around a courtyard. The centerpiece of the courtyard is a 50 x 20 foot oceanfront infinity pool. It is flanked on one side by a vast 400-square-foot sitting area beautifully appointed with new outdoor furniture, and on the other side by a swim-up bar, a sitting area, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with an electric grill. There is also a gas grill on the terrace. A 12 x 8 foot Zen-inspired Buddha water fountain imported from Bali overlooks this magnificent pool area and bestows its serenity on the courtyard. (The pool can be heated if desired for a propane usage fee of $200 per day.)
